LAI Insurance Agency Manager

Crystal started in the insurance industry in 1999 in the office of a Managing General Agent working directly with local independent agencies as an underwriter.  After 5 years, she took a position with a captive agency working directly with the public.  After realizing the Independent Agent had a lot more to offer the customer, Crystal joined LAI Insurance Agency in 2008 as an independent broker and began managing the agency.  After 10 years in the business Crystal continues to learn each day, and I enjoy most being able to give my customers the knowledge to purchase the products that suit their individual needs.
